About Chris

Hi, I am Christopher DelliGatti, I go by "Chris".

I was first licensed as a salesperson and I worked for a Century-21 Real Estate Office located in San Francisco.  

I started with Coldwell Banker residential real estate in San Leandro, in 1989.  I had the best manager, a senior broker who shared knowledge and mentored me in sales.  It was a great office to be a part of, with many successful agents, and brokers, who offered encouragement and training. 

I later went to work for Winters Real Estate in Oakland.  I changed the path of my career, by going into commercial leasing, and lease management for an Outdoor Advertising Company named Foster Media, Inc., at the time.  I continued after Foster Media, Inc., was acquired in a purchase.  I continued a career as a regional lease representative in the San Francisco Bay Area, and worked in northern California and northern Nevada.  I had opportunities to complete over 50 building permits in San Francisco County, Alameda County, and Santa Clara County, and I gained experience working with senior members of Caltrans Engineering, and Planning.  I continued to work in real estate after leaving the Out-of-Home / Billboard Industry, staying close to home, to be with our new born twin daughters.  I later worked as a self-employed Broker, forming an entity named Sequoia Commercial Real Estate in 2008.  I later consulted again with commercial property owners with buildings located in San Francisco and Oakland.  I also consulted and worked throughout Los Angeles County for the Southern California Regional Rail Authority, and the Alameda County Board of Supervisors on site location development opportunities.  I had the good fortune of meeting and working with many successful people and families. I understand my role to be one of service.  As a real estate Broker, I can offer guidance and leadership in negotiations, I am confident in my ability to secure the strongest terms for the benefit of my clients.  I understand and I am knowledgeable in the areas of construction, planning and zoning, property inspection, and fundamentals of the sale and purchase of real estate.
